"I just want to say that the front desk lady was great! She said her name was Kim (with dark hair). I had a difficult and long drive (13 hours) and she made me feel relaxed, she got everything straightened out with my reservation and my room. She took the time to explain how to insert the key card correctly, and how to turn the lock. She demonstrated it, and repeated it for me. She was right it was tricky, I am so glad she was so polite, helpful, kind, caring, professional, fast, knowledgeable. She is a very trustworthy person, I have a sense for these things. She made me feel so relaxed and so at home and safe. Please thank her for me. She really made my day!!! Bed is very good! Room not bad."

"The receptionist was amazing, nice. Our water pipes in the freeze weather busted so our landlord book online not know the hotel. This hotel is a not for me and my family. Paint chipping in large areas of the room. Curtain had stain which looked like poop or chocolate at the bottom. Stains on the bedding. Roach in the room homeless all around the hotel. Everything was just in poor shape."

"Ya'll, I CAN NOT stress this enough . . . DO NOT STAY AT THIS "MOTEL". If it wasn't for my husband feeling crummy and the fact that he had to have a heart procedure the next morning, we would've left. There was no relaxation happening here. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and bad decisions. Our smoking "non-smoking" room was supposed to have a queen bed, but it had two fulls. There were cockroaches, pubic hairs on the shower and toilet. A foreign green substance colored the towels, and the burn holes in the comforters added a nice touch. There was graffiti on the wall hangings, broken outlet covers, and a leftover soda in the fridge. The shower door wouldn't shut, and the outside door wouldn't lock (as we found out the next day when we were leaving)."

"Room - it's what I would expect for a 3 star hotel room. Smelled clean up on entering. Bed was clean and comfortable. I would rated the cleanliness of the room as acceptable for a quick budget overnight stay. There were a few crumbs in the corner by the bed, some damaged furniture, bathroom faucet was half attached to the sink, bathroom light did not work. (I reported these issue at check out.) Staff - lady at check in was nice, friendly. Guy at check out had to check the room before we left to receive the $20 deposit back (which took a few mins), but after explaining the room was how we entered, I received my deposit. He was nice. Location - right of I-40 before OKC Final thoughts. - I don't think I'd stay here again. It was okay for a quick budget over night, few hours of sleep, but if you have the funds, you may want to spend the few extra dollars to stay at another hotel."

"The rooms are clean, the linens bright white and in good condition, and the shower pressure is great. The rooms are a tad dated and the cable TV is mediocre at best. However, Staff members are great, helpful, and welcoming. The employees make this motel well worth the stay."
