"Where to start.... New management with their own bad habits. Office employees thought it was a good idea to remove the gym room completely cause none of the people in the office find value in exercise. I guess so they can have more sitting space? One of the male employees in a polo was calling women pet names (honey, sweetie, cupcake), thoroughly unprofessional and out of touch. I saw several women feel visibly uncomfortable when he did it. Seems they've replaced a racist (past manager) with a chauvinist. Hopefully this will be addressed cause women should not have to tiptoe around this guy to be comfortable where they live. Tree trimming is rare but it is definitely needed. There is one young maintenance fella that does amazing work, he is always prompt and does the job right. I can not say the same for the others. The older guys HATE when you ask them to do their job, always walking around with a scowl. Rent is constantly raising and shows no signs of stabilizing. It seems this place is going to price out tenants, maybe they plan on selling the plot to make a strip mall or something? I hope this helps anyone thinking about living here."
"The younger maintenance man Steven needs a raise! Anytime we have a problem he is here within the day and fixes it on the spot. Love living here definitely renewing our lease"

"The manager is NOT professional. The maintenance staff seems to be heavily influenced by the manager, Joyce. Joyce has made racially induced comments. She is not pleasant and she does not seem to have answers to simple questions with the property. She does not confirm information. The hours of operations are awful and she does not answer the phone with excellence and expediency and it seems like she may need to retire. The apartments themselves are good, but the service level is poor and the upper management team does not seem to be too concerned about Joyce, something needs to happen to better the community."
