"The room was nice and breakfast was actually good compared to other hotels I've stayed at. My only complaint was that they let a truck full of men hangout in the parking lot till after 12am drinking and being loud. I could hear them on the 4th floor."

"I recently had a terrible experience booking a trip through Priceline for the Holiday Inn Express in Midway City, Oklahoma. After being on the road for 24 hours, I was exhausted and in desperate need of a place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Upon my arrival at 2 AM, I was shocked to find an empty front desk. I tried calling the hotel numerous times but there was no answer. In addition, I went around knocking on every door, hoping that someone would assist me, but it was all in vain. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, yet no one showed up to help me. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable for a 24-hour hospitality business. The next morning, I decided to call the hotel to request a refund since I was unable to stay there. However, much to my frustration, the front desk and the general manager outright refused to issue a refund. It was disheartening and disrespectful to encounter such unhelpful and rude behavior. As a paying customer, I believe it is my right to receive a refund under these circumstances. Furthermore, when attempting to seek assistance from Priceline, I was met with the same lack of cooperation. They also refused to help me obtain a refund, citing their policies as a reason. This kind of response simply adds insult to injury and shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. In the end, I was left with no choice but to book a room at a neighboring hotel. The front desk at the Holiday Inn Express showed no willingness to assist, Priceline failed to support their customer, and the general manager displayed an unprofessional and rude attitude. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Midway City, Oklahoma, to reconsider. The lack of customer service, negligence, and unwillingness to provide a refund make this an establishment to beware of. I will be sure to be leaving reviews on all of their platforms so people are aware."

"Older location with clean rooms and fairly well maintained public spaces and exterior. The location has no sundries area to buy snacks or essentials but some floors have a vending machine. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Some spaces Could use fresh paint and some deep cleaning. The pool was a bit chilly and the room was extremely dark. The laundry area had 4 working machines. Gym was bright and clean. The business area had 2 computers that were both not working. The landscaping was hit or miss some areas were well cut, and others not so much. Over all a solid 3 or 4 star location."
