"The room looks nice, however the bed was sooo hard and had lumps in it. Our hips and backs were hurting so much it made us wake up at 5am. We didn't fall asleep again until almost checkout time. I explained to guest services about this issue, but she wasn't very interested, as she a gave a disingenuous apology. Also the tv in the room is rigged so that you cannot use your firestick or roku comfortably because the volume is set at maximum and cannot be adjusted."

"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Workout room was great, loved the treadmill! They have a water filler in the room as well. Rooms are very nice and modern (love the renovation as I've been to this hotel for several years)."

"We attended a dance convention and banquet for our daughter this past weekend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the moment you arrive and are greeted by Rachel and Susan you feel like a VIP. They’re warmth and professionalism was an unexpected wonderful experience.The bartender at the restaurant was wonderful. Eugene and the banquet staff were also wonderful and amazing. Everyone serving at the banquet had a smile and was eager to help with any needs. The appetizer buffet was gorgeous and delicious. All in all we were beyond impressed with the staff at this hotel and conference center and look forward to the next time we get to stay. 10 stars!"

"I really am not one to leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary. We stayed here for my daughter’s dance convention she attended and this place had the kindest staff. Mark at the front desk was such a nice person and took so much pride in his work and the lady at checkout this morning was so kind as well. I thinks Rare these days and we had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is very well kept and clean and the beds were comfortable!"

"I will start by saying the person that checked me in was delightful. Hotel was clean, room was nice, parking was plentiful and fantastic for oversized vehicles. Now. I went to a Holiday party and came back a bit after 11PM. The lobby lights were dimmed and doors were locked. I assumed I needed to find a side door with key card access to get inside. I left the front door, went to each side of the building, ended up in the back, with no luck. Locked out of the hotel, in the dark, and it was cold outside. I googled the number and called the front desk to ask how to get inside, to which I was told the door was locked for the employees safety, and that the woman saw me but I walked away so she wasn't sure I had a reservation. There is no signage on the front door saying to stay put and someone will come open the door, or to call to be let in. Nor was this situation mentioned at check in. I'll admit I was less than thrilled by the time I got into the building. I had let the woman that unlocked the door know they should really put a sign up or inform us at check in and she didn't seem to care about those suggestions. Aside from that it's a decent hotel, however, not decent enough for me to come back after that."
