"Do NOT move here. Your safety and well being is not taken seriously. Recently there has been someone vandalizing and trying to break into the vehicles on the property. Talking to the apartment managers did not help. I inquired when they would fix the gates to avoid this happening and they said they have no intention on fixing it. I then inquired if they could get an officer to patrol and she basically told me to kick rocks. It’s incredibly disappointing."

"Jasmine isn’t a good manager. my apartment flooded every single time it rained. This wasn’t told to me before putting my deposit down. There’s molding on the walls and in the window seals. Then tried to make me out to be the bad tenant. All I asked for was to be moved to another unit. Beware of #314"

"Looking back I stayed here for two years and they were pretty great all things considered. The maintenance folks were pretty fast in responding to things that went wrong. One time our ac went out in the summer and they brought in a room unit for the night which was reasonable and the ac was replaced the next day. You can’t pick your neighbors but most of them were chill and easy going."

"I lived here for a year, when I first moved into the apartment I loved it. But once I settled in it changed! My upstairs neighbor was so loud every single day it was like he was running from one room to the next, the apartment manager in the office is rude for no reason. Maintenance is really slow they'll come out weeks later or even months. The apartments are t worth living in at all, please do your research before living here.. the apartments are pricey for no reason there isn't even updated apartments & they don't even have full size washer & dryers for the price they're asking for."
