"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!! They're lazy, rude, thieves and manipulators. My family and I have been here going on 8 miserable years (not by choice) and this is their second time trying to steal money from us... Well baby they got the right one this time. Since they don't want to answer the phone (or call back) I'm coming with proof and an attorney baby because I be damned."

"Definitely read the past reviews, this place is disgusting and the management is the worst I have ever experienced. They constantly try to get as much money out of you as they can and the conditions of their rentals are just not worth the money you will pay. I have had numerous events happen here and I try to get them handled by calling management and have not once had a call back. When they do answer they are always disrespectful and have a rude tone. I am not sure how this place is still able to function but it isn’t anywhere near a normal functioning business. I have always had to call and press the issue to get it resolved and even when doing that it will take a large amount of time. I have called to request maintenance and the lady I was transferred to “Jessica” said she put the request in for me and then I waited a good four days and heard nothing. So I called again and some other lady said “now she will put the request in” This place is an absolute joke and really a trashing place to live, would not recommend."
"Whatever you do, and if you can avoid, DO NOT move there!!! Maintenance has decreased for repairs, and Management doesn't care even more, especially whose in charge now. She's very rude, arrogant, disrespectful, to name a few!!! I'm very serious, find somewhere else to live. You'll regret moving there!"
"My family has lived in these appartments for seven months. One example of how bad these appartments are is, four months after we moved in we noticed a leak. Told the "head of maintenance", took pictures of the problem sent them to her and still had to go to the office. Only for her to tell me she didn't think it was a big priority to her. NOW our apartment flooded again, I called the " emergency number" which is also her cell phone she shut off her hone and does not answer the phone. This place is not just poorly managed but have a lot of other issues."
