Concord Apartments 9300 Orchard Boulevard, Midwest City, OK 73130

"Property manager is never there, never answers the phone, refuses to respond. Had many issues with the apartment since day 1. Been putting in work requests all in person, over the phone with corporate and online. Within 24 hrs the online says "resolved". They come and go into the apartment without ANY notice. Move furniture around, leave lights on and adjust the central air. They have caused more damage to the apartment during "repairs" than helping. The apartment floods from rain and the wall is soft and moldy. There is evidence that it is an on going issue bc they keep painting over it. The sliding door doesn't even open and the wall around it is rotten. I will upload pictures of their most recent "resolved" issue. This place won't even fix the 30 year old air conditioner or clean the mold out of the box inside. Took me 2 months to get them to halfway fix a big crack in the tub that was leaking water. There is NO water pressure and the stove is from the mid 90's. And yes, the pictures uploaded are from inside the apartment and yes that is ICE forming. The outside air blows in so bad that the heat runs high 24/7 with a space heater running. We can barely keep the apartment above 70°. The air blowing in is enough to blow the blinds around 24/7."

"Nice place and very quiet, I only have one problem and it is very annoying. my neighbors smoke inside the apartment and the toxic smell passes into my apartment. I have given the complaint to the office several times and they do nothing. the contract makes it very clear that you should not smoke inside the apartments. The smell is really strong and my wife is affected because she is asthmatic. I will not renew the contract if this issue is not resolved soon and for that part I do not recommend it. other than that it's a good place but if you don't smoke you have a problem here."

"I've been at these apartments for years and have had some of the best experience of my life. I never have a problem with management or maintenance. They respond well to any problems I've had and with promptness. The grounds are well kept and people friendly its more like a community than any other apartments I've ever been or lived in."

"The only reason I rated this a 4 and not a "5" is because I never rate anything as a 5 star or a 10. (1-10 rating). I have to say that I have lived in other apartment complexes in the past any the management there would do absolutely nothing to help with any problems or concerns you would have. At least here the manager (Connie Down) does her best to helpyou with whatever concerns you might have. The one thing that I do wish was different is that there was washer and dryer hookups in the apartments. But that is not the managers fault and they do have washers and dryers there on the property . And I knew they didn't when I moved in. One other thing I liked about this place is there is always some kind of monthly activities so you have a chance to meet the people who live there. I would recommend Concord apartment's as your next place to live."

"Don't ever even think about moving into these apartments, they are roach ridden for one, literally falling apart, and the management is the worst in the metro. They never call you back, it takes 2-3 weeks to get something fixed. There are no washer or dryer, and the rent is way to high for the size and the fact there is not a washer and dryer. The rent should probably be around $450, but its $550-560-570. This place is a JOKE! Save your money, move somewhere that is updated and will take care of things like they should."
