City Square Lofts

"Indigo kept most of my security deposit, they charged me for utilities I already canceled. They also charged me for the paint job even though I was told it was a normal wear and tear so I would not pay for it. They are saying utilities were for the month before. I gave my moving notice in December, and moved out on Jan 3rd. In February, I was charged $180 for utilities for January. I told them I do not need Internet for 3 days so I canceled it. What I don't understand is that, if I moved on Jan 3rd, I am expected to pay for December? Since indigo took over the building, New management (three guys in the office) doesn't know what they are doing. When you ask for something, you have to keep following up with them to get it done. I also had issues with noise and partying at nights. Some nights till 3 am. I don't mind it when it happened once in a while but since indigo took over, it had been more and more. Sometimes You can smell pot when you walk down the hall."

"I lived at City Square Lofts for 3 years. Awesome location, units are cool especially the multi level units. I think it has the best parking situation in the downtown area. We loved it there. The only reason we moved out was Indigo Living purchased the building and nickel and dimed our rent. They have all these promotions for new renters but don’t offer anything to retain reliable tenants."

"I recently toured City Square Lofts with a leasing agent named Austin, He was very knowledgeable and showed my partner and I a few different style apartments all of the amenities City Square Lofts had to offer and the surrounding things to do like shopping,eating and nightlife. We will be applying as soon as our lease is up and can't wait to further work with him on our move to City Square lofts. If you are looking for a place seriously check this place out and ask for austin. 10/10"

"I've only lived here for about 4 weeks, but so far I am happy with the building and the management. The building is clean, response to maintenance requests is relatively quick (24-48 hours), the amenities are great, and there are a lot of cute dogs in the building (if you're allergic, I wouldn't recommend this place, but I love seeing all the pups). I wish that there was a pool or parking was included, but then the rent wouldn't be as affordable."
