"So I went here for my son's 16th birthday party on the strength that he wants to swim so when I checked in I told them just that. They did not tell me that the pool was under construction just let me book. When we got to the pool we noticed the construction but the pool was actually open. When we entered the pool area stunk really bad....... Dirty towels everywhere if I knew how to post videos I would. When I went out to complain the person stated I couldn't get a refund back and pretty much had to deal with it. I just called and the assistant gn stated their is nothing they can do. I asked why aren't there signs he couldn't answer the question."

"Just like sooo many of their other reviews, I'd rate a ZERO if I could. It's unclean (our group slept with our clothes on) for fear of unwashed sheets. Walls are thin and you hear EVERYTHING! The camera screens in the front lobby are very off-putting as they scream "it's not safe here". In fact, we didn't feel safe her at all. The man behind the desk was condescending and not polite. If we didn't already put money down, we'd have left right away. It's dirty and looks like a prison from the outside! Never again!"

"This place is a joke and if you run your card make sure you lock it after use. First off the day I stayed I had to switch rooms twice to even get a clean room (sign #1 that I should of got my money back and left) after checking out I had an additional $100 run off of my credit card despite the $100 hold on the initial night I checked in. When I called to inquire about why this happened they said there was a dirty towel with a stain on it (I had used the towel to clean with the night before) and they were very rude and refused to give me a number to corporate to make a formal complaint. So not only did they charge me $100 for a dirty towel but they also ran an additional charge rather than adjusting the deposit I originally paid(And I left a $20 tip for the housekeepers). I am still fighting to get my money back almost 1 month later. Do yourself a favor pay a little extra and go somewhere else. Ramada tropics this franchise is enough to ruin your whole company name!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!"

"Stay somewhere else if you can. Very loud, there never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. I understand not changing towels out everyday, but our coffee or toiletries were not even replenished the whole time we stayed. It’s very loud in the hallways so you can hear every single thing anyone says or does. They recently renovated and our window did not face outside, but it faced the lobby/breakfast area, which means we heard anything that went on out there. There was trash and lots of dust and dirt under the beds. We ended up leaving a day early because we were not sleeping well."

"It was horrible!!! I stayed two nights for my two daughters birthdays. The rooms and sheets/beds nasty!! We did not sleep for two nights due to kids running and screaming through the halls, calling my room all hours of the night and that was the first night I woke up next day to beer cans everywhere in the lobby when I went to take my children down for some toast and juice. Later the second night around 11pm there was loud music and they was in the conference room with the pool door open drunk and being loud I had to go to the lobby and say something cause once again woke me and my children up! This morning I woke up just to get toast ect. And there is trash beer cans everything just everywhere!!!! My 2 year old went to grab a beer can and had to stop my 2 year old from drinking the beer because beer cans everywhere!!! Hotel was trashed!!!!!!!!! Don’t book here cause I will NEVER book here again! Believe the bad reviews and book with caution"
