"Reserved a room so our grandson could swim but found out when we got there they didn't have a pool although it was advertised as having one and a hot tub or spa. We left!!"
"Hotel is in the middle of transition to Hilton Garden Inn. Pool was closed, we were given a key to use the pool in the hotel next door. Signs were hung stating that fire alarms may go off occasionally due to construction. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time, I probably would have booked at the sister hotel next door. Silverware and cloth napkin from the hotel restaurant lay on the carpet outside a room door from Friday PM check in and was still there Sunday AM when we checked out."
"It was clean, but can tell it’s older but decently maintained. Beds were ok, staff was polite but a little snarky it seemed. Was told that the breakfast was another $13 at the restaurant attached, was thinking it must be a pretty good breakfast for the extra money. Wrong it’s below average of one that’s usually included in any other hotel."
"My wedding is 60 days away and I was just informed that the hotel will be closed for renovations start 9/1 through the end of the year and they will not be able to accommodate my room block or morning after breakfast. I did not hear it from them--I was informed by a family member who tried to book a room there and was told they could not. I am very disheartened by this as I have had this contract for over a year and was not even told there was a possibility of this happening. I was able to void my contacts in full but the lack of communication and timing is ridiculous."
"Nice big room. Good location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with great food. Only complaint is that you get completely blown away by them charging 3.50 for a can of coke. Also the vending machine was out of order. Makes you wonder. Just bring your own drinks."
