"Toured the grounds and it was a lovely experience. Patient and listened to my questions. There was a resident blocking the entrance to the building and the staff was so polite to this resident. They greeted each other and shared a laugh, very nice to see considering the location of this apartment would leave you with the wrong impression of people! The office was inviting and you can tell they love to see your pets!"

"I really love living here but the new management has really made me question that. Every time I have went to the office needing something the African-American lady has just been very rude and has an attitude. I get some people have bad days but there's no reason to be treating your paying tenants like that... The old management was awesome, always nice and friendly but this new management is subpar.. Hire better people in the office who actually care about their jobs."
"I like most everything, but I don’t like the thermostat style because it doesn’t work great for us unless we leave it on about the same setting all day. I like the half-stair arrangement. What I don’t like most is the bathroom sink being so short, not having a spray nozzle in the kitchen sink, and the apartment door for entry is pretty scratched up. It’s very clean inside, though, and our animals seem to like it too. I REALLY like that this place has somewhere to dump dog poop and even supplies bags for that purpose. The dog park is also pretty awesome. Elfie has never until now been able to roam at all off-leash, and it’s nice she has an opportunity."
