"My roommate and I lived here for two years and we ran into quite a few problems along the way. We had maintenance requests ignored for 8 months for basic fixes. Our air conditioning unit broke multiple times during the hottest part of the summer and we couldn't get the office to get it replaced until we contacted the city about it. We would call the office about the air conditioner and wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone but then would later see them sitting in the office. The office was always closed and they wanted people to stop doing walk ins and only make appointments to speak to anyone there, but you could never get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. The pool was closed for an entire summer and we never got a real reason as to why. Our car was stolen overnight and since there are no cameras in the parking lots and the parking lot lights don't work half the time the police couldn't do much to figure out who stole it. The dumpsters were always overflowing with trash and surrounded by old dishwashers, mattresses, washing machines and I once saw someone bring old tires and dump them behind the dumpsters. There were screaming matches at 2 in the morning on a regular basis and police cars were called in constantly. The rent started out pretty cheap when we moved in but each year the rent got higher and it wasn't worth the cost of staying there. Whatever you do, please don't move in here. You may pay more somewhere else but it's worth it for an office staff that cares and maintenance that actually does their job."

I live there I had to file a charges against them. Yeah black people when some African people had something nice to Stephanie if you're Reading some of these. Images reviews they're all true about Westchester their nasty places. The management is no good. They steal from Don't ever move into West Chester.Square.The people are no good imagine is no good even the parent company elevated living.their They're no good they're crooked. People stay away from this place. You can call Home and crop to the deals with landlord 10 issues the LT stay a way from West Chester square.home and corporated This place is bad new thing.own tenants trying to break in the house. I caught them trying to break in my house and steal everything. I owned and elderly woman and I don't mind giving my name Beverly bra."

"This is genuinely one of the worst places I have ever lived. We had nothing but issues from move in to move out, literally a full year and I can’t think of a single good thing to say. First; we were given an apartment that had clearly not been cleaned or had any maintenance done to it after the last tenant moved out. The fridge was disgusting, stains all over the floors, holes in walls, doors that practically didn’t close or lock, washer and dryer both had issues, and the list goes on. That’s just what I could think off the top of my head. Second; good luck getting in touch with the office staff after you move in. I think I would’ve had more luck getting in contact with Santa Claus. No matter how many calls, voicemails, or emails you left them, they just didn’t respond. We would call them multiple times with no response, give up and just go to the office, only to find 3-4 people just sitting around doing nothing. Third; this place cannot keep maintenance staff. If you have a maintenance request, have fun waiting at least 2 months before it’s addressed. And that’s if you’re lucky. One time we did get lucky and a maintenance man finally came out, and he told us that they had to replace the last guy because he literally didn’t know what he was doing. Like they didn’t check his background before hiring him or something, and he had no idea how to do anything that was asked of him, so he messed several apartments up by winging it. So that’s nice. Lastly; the grounds are constantly filthy. Similarly to the maintenance staff, they can’t keep any cleaning people to save their lives. The hallways are constantly covered in trash and smell awful, as I previously stated, our apartment was given to us uncleaned, and there’s just always trash littered about all over the grass/parking lot. Oh and let’s not forget when there was an ant outbreak and it wasn’t acknowledged for literal months. And when it finally was, it was the laziest attempt at solving it they could’ve done. Literally just a few traps placed randomly around the apartment. Didn’t work, obviously. Point being, I highly recommend NOT living here."

"Do not rent here!! I moved here last October in a split decision because I thought it was the most affordable. There’s not maintenance or office staff. The only maintenance man that came to “fix” our dryer in MAY stole hundreds of dollars and jewelry from me. The office fired him but did nothing to help our POLICE report. And not only did he NOT fix our dryer. He left piss in my toilet. A gaping whole in my ceiling. And to top it off. He left sexual harassment notes on both my and my roommates beds. Creepy. Since our washer barely works and our dryer not at all, they have a back up in every hallway. However you have to pay to use it. My old neighbors who I do not know were hoarders and we had animal control here last February to ask if anyone had seen a dog. The picture looked like the neighbors. She had been dumped and died In surgery from all the injuries. And no one knows where she came from. The people moved 2 months ago. Now the lights are on again next door. And it’s no where near regulated. Still have the black stains going up the walls. Oh and also we’ve had black mold in our unit. However we’ve also heard of rodents and other LOVELY pests on the floor above us. So take my advice. Don’t live here. -edit- I will not be contacting the office anymore. We’ve done so many times with their failure to fix anything or even respond most of the time."

"They are Total Scammers. First off they made a billing error. Had so many issues and we were given an extra credit then two weeks after filing a complaint regarding major water damage they revoked said credit. They now have removed our online access and will not accept a payment stating we owe the revoked credit. Despite multiple attempts to make a payment they will not accept it and state it is not a full amount. Which they have been adding 100$ of fees each month for their error and revocation of the credit. They Do not reply and only respond with an attitude or are very nasty especially Breanna Cortez. After the first leak early in the year a second leak pushed through the ceiling in April they removed the dry wall and left a giant hole with a piece of cardboard covering it for almost two months making that bathroom unusable and uninhabitable. Only doing something after getting the city involved. Then it took them months to replace the defective stove that would burn food and may have been a potential Fire Hazard. Straight up lied and said the appliance repair team said no issues were existant. But we followed up with said team who confirmed they had reported the stove needed replaced. The outside is always full of trash and the trashcans are often disgusting and neglected as the outside is. They schedule cleaning crew to come out and use their machines that are so loud you can hear them in the apartment even as late as 10 pm. They also Violate Iowa law and do things without giving proper notice and do not tell the maintnence crew that. As they will just show up and enter without being given the required notice by law. When speaking with elevate management they will also belittle you and treat you like they think you are slow in the head. ignoring your point and speaking like machines. They also have an ant infestation and provided two clear plastic traps that did nothing and lastly their repair for the two aforementioned leaks. Was to replace the dry wall and repaint it. With a dry wall crew. They have not hired a plumber nor replaced any of the piping."
