Raley's Pharmacy

"Very slow. They don’t communicate with you if there is a problem with your prescription. They just let you think it’s being filled. The pharmacist at Raleys in Fernley, makes the pharmacists here looks like amateurs. I came in to pick up a prescription in Reno on Wedge Parkway. It wasn’t ready and they informed me they had to order it. Which they hadn’t done yet. It’s a chemo drug for stage four cancer. They called me the next day and told me my prescription was ready to be picked up. Guess what when I got there it was not ready and they didn’t have it in the building. Apparently they don’t inventory. When stock comes in. I have gone several times only to have the girls working the counter give me one or two of three or four prescriptions. Causing me to have to go back several times truly an unprofessional business, and only is in business because it’s the only thing close. Raleys pharmacy on Wedge Parkway. You need to do better. The unprofessionalism is disgusting."
