"The worst customer service ever, the person was too busy doing nothing to help me in a timely manner and when she did she was rude and very unfriendly. I plan to see about moving my husband’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. We both have experienced the same awful customer service."

"I have been using this pharmacy for a couple years but their service quality has been progressively going down. I used to get my birth control filled by them. My doctor used the, prescription type that specified a brand, but literally for four years, they would fill me a generic brand EVERY TIME disregarding the prescription requirement. So I eventually moved that to Amazon Pharmacy. Today I needed a medicine same day, so I asked my doctor to send it here. Two hours later when I went to pick up, they told me they ran out of stock (but never called or texted). I went to Walgreens and requested for a Rx transfer. Walgreens called, this CVS said they would send over, and 45min later nothing. Walgreens called again and CVS said their fax machine was broken so they could not fax it over. They were able to get the prescription over eventually, but I was so close to not getting the medicine on time because CVS did not do their diligent to call me and notify me the med was OOS, or call Walgreens back to tell them their fax machine was out of order. If they did care about the patients for a bit, they would not keep making all of these mistakes over and over again. It’s so disappointing."
