"I've been going to this CVS Pharmacy since I moved to Reno 10 months ago. So far, I haven't had any problems or discrimination, even with my complicated life situation. I experienced horrible treatment by a few pharmacists in Southern Nevada over the past 15 years. This has caused me to have severe anxiety and panick attacks several days before I have to go to pharmacy, which results in a close relative or friend to go for me. Every employee at this pharmacy has taken the extra time to clarify or answer my questions as well as give me extra advice. The compassion this team has shown me is not easy to find. Even when they are short staffed and medication shortages are making other customers upset, this lovely, professional group of people at CVS Pharmacy has continued to provide a higher standard for pharmacy services. Thank you for making my monthly visits to the pharmacy pleasant, helpful, and understanding. It is definitely rare to find such a high standard for patient care at pharmacies in America. Know that you are all appreciated by me. Your positive attitude and hard work have contributed to a reduction in the severity and frequency of panick attacks. I actually feel like I am being cared for in the way a patient should."
