"Such a terrible pharmacy experience. The diclofenac eye drops were on 7 day back order at my usual store so I went to Northtowne to get them. The counter clerks so incredibly rude. I was shocked that the usual $15 drops were $62 today(computer system down....). That's a huge increase for somebody on a fixed income. I barely had gas money to get home. Holly said "you can do this without being rude". My response was "so can you". I tried to talk to the Front of House clerk but the little dude with purple hair was just as rude and worthless as the rest of them. The dark haired pharmacist was very friendly. The unskilled staff are more worried about their lunch than their customers."
"I’ve been coming here since my kids were little. As in any business all your employees aren’t going to be great at customer service- but they get better employees who are efficient, professional and always helpful."
"CVS is getting to big to bother with people. There are constant mistakes and the stonewalling of people. The first thing out of their mouths is "what's your birthday" after you said your name they ask for it again. No getting to know your customers. What's this world coming to, I've had it."
"The line for the drive thru is always usually really long so we go inside to pick up the prescriptions. They are usually actually always pretty busy and if you have prescriptions to drop off you can expect to have to wait at least an hour or more so if you need the same day best to be there at least 2 hours before they close because if not you'll have to pick them up the next day. They also have an app for the pharmacy which is pretty helpful as well and shows all your prescription plus previous ones and stuff like that i definitely recommend checking it out it is fast and makes things much more easier than having to make sure you remember to find your prescription bottle and the rx number. The pharmacist is usually pretty nice and so is the rest of the staff they have there. The shopping part is pretty good too there is a variety of different brands to choose from and pretty good quality as well. It's an all around okay place to go"
"I have been having my prescriptions filled here for quite awhile and they are pretty good about getting them ready quickly"
