"They have secondhand items selling for $34 and $19 clothes that have been worn before this place is making fun of poor people a price gouging them out of the only affordable option that they once had. It is ridiculous."

"Haven't been there for a year or so. Boy! Has it gone down the drain. Messy, items are not segregated as before...such as shoes in their own bin, books in a separate bin, etc. People just throwing things around. Chaotic! Won't go back. Makes one wonder if the large outlet in Sacramento is in the same condition. Used to love going there when we visited Sacramento."

"Great store with a greater cause. I usually buy my work jeans second hand because if they get messed up It wouldn't hurt as much as a $50 pair. The jeans here run around $6-$9 so they're more than reasonable. Customer service is big for me and so far every employee I've interacted with was great and extremely helpful especially with the fitting rooms. I give this Goodwill a 5/5 because the customer service and low priced jeans, you just can't beat a $9 pair of work jeans."

"Two stores to shop at.eft side the prices are cheaper and leftovers from the Stores around the area. The Goodwill on the right side has more options at a good but higher rate. Both a good spot to shop at. I scored a nee dvd for .15 at the outlet store to the left."

"Absolutely the worst thrift shop in all of reno sparks and carson area.. mostly because they dont honor the sales that they advertise but also the rudeness of the old man behind the counter not caring about the customers products. Most of our purchases were just broken before arriving home due to a lack of respect while packing them for us.. never ever shopping there again. Ever!"
