"This pharmacy and staff is simply the best in Reno. I have been going here for a few months since our vet recommended to get the meds for our cat that was not available at the vets. The staff is so accommodating to modifying the prescription so our cat likes her meds. They are prompt with their service and have never been late. During busier days, they will let you know how long it will take and usually have it on or before the pickup time. If you call a few days in advance and request the time you would like your prescription ready, they make sure to have it for you - excellent service everytime! Above all, everytime I walk into this place it makes me happy and the staff has some of sweetest people who put a smile on my face before I walk out. Highly recommend them!!"

"Some staff are friendly but I’ve had terrible experiences here. I’m a firm believer if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say it all but man has this place made it difficult. In numerous occasions I have called to order prescriptions for my son and they “forget” to put the order in. My son requires maintenance medication for cardiac care and it is essential I have his medication on time. On occasion I have had negative experiences with the technician who has questioned if I’m doing things correctly. It has not just happened just once or twice, this is a problem I wish someone would take action and fix. When I call back days later to check on my prescription, and “there’s no record of it” is not something I want to here consistently."

We go there once a month to pick up my granddaughter's compounded medicine. We live 100 miles away. The staff is always accommodating to our needs and always will have her prescription ready.
