"Products overpriced. Often out of what I want. Store isles too narrow & cluttered with usless products blocking shelving & easy access. Parking a problem because of local schools. Students running amuck in the store after school stealing things & clogging up checkout lines. Never enough checkers."

"After multiple mess ups in the pharmacy I’m so unbelievably frustrated and done with Raleys pharmacy. They don’t refill meds even if you’re there and waiting and will forget about you. They’ll say it’ll take 30 min and an hour later of standing there it still won’t be done. They won’t listen and refill only the ones asked for at the time. And now they changed their refill policy and didn’t tell ANY of their patients?? This has made it so I’m 2 days without my necessary daily medication and there response is “oh well” when it could’ve been avoided with communication. Now these same meds i called about, they’re saying I need a pre authorization for the new year even though i called days ago to get it and now it’s the weekend and i can’t get that through my doctor until the weekend is over. Now I’m a week through without my medication??? I don’t know how in the world this is appropriate. These people could kill someone for a lack of communication that they simply don’t care about."

"I like shopping at Raleys. They seem to understand the importance of customer service. They add checkers when the lines get long. Checkers ask if you found everything when checking out. The produce is presented clean, uniformly and good quality. There’s a good selection of organic options throughout the store. Bathroom has always been clean."

"Been going here for years and every time I go in they are rude. Trying to transfer to a new pharmacy and they won't answer their phones or respond to faxes from my new pharmacy for days. When I call I'm on hold for 5-7 mins and then it just hangs up. This has happened 4 times in a row. How is one supposed to get in contact and get their meds??"
