"Had someone go to this pharmacy to get insulin needle caps for me. Needed 31 gauge long needles (8mm). The person at the counter not only gave him a hard time but also decided he needed a copy of his license and on top of that sold him 32 gauge 4mm needles (the smallest length available) and told him that they will work the same way. STOP GIVING ADVICE, YOU’RE NOT A DOCTOR. Glad I usually use the Carson city Walmart and not this one. I do not recommend this place at all as they have no idea what they are doing."

"I take multiple medications from several different providers. The pharmacy never fails to remind me when a refill is due and contact the provider if necessary to get the order approved. I was once out of refills for a blood thinner and the physician had retired without notice...causing the office to refuse to re-write until I came in for a new patient appointment with the new doctor. I have been on this med for three years from this office, and they refused to refill. The pharmacy got online and through the vendor got me a one-time 30-day supply....with no copay. I have never had a problem that the pharmacy didn't make every possible attempt to assist me with."
