"Paradise Rentals charged us in full for contractual cancellation of over $6k on a booking that was both booked and cancelled in a less than 24 hour period - due to weather. (flight was cancelled because of unprecedented winds). Multiple calls to the management office were avoided and never returned. While we understand the contractual terms allow this, we felt taken advantage of and were disappointed in the communication and outcome."

"We spent two weeks at the Sea Glass House in Mauna Lani. It was an amazing spacious home that was jammed packed with soft linens, updated appliances, sports and water toys to make your Hawaiian vacation unforgettable. We loved the private beach as well as two pools area and workout room that is available through a gate for the neighborhood. If you are looking for a wonderful home for your next vacation consider staying at the Sea Glass Home on the North Kohola Coast. Lastly the rental people were excellent and very attentive to our questions or needs. Mahalo!"

"Aloha! If you want to stay in a really nice condo on the Kohala Coast these guys are the best!!! Their online reservation process is easy and their communication via email / text is outstanding. They respond quickly to every question you could possibly have regarding the property and / or your trip. My wife and I stayed in the "Island Hideaway" condo in the Mauna Lani development called Kulalani and it was perfect. Everything you need is included in the condo. All you need to get is food and drinks (stop at Costco after you land). The unit was clean and the garage was packed with everything you need for the beach. My wife and I went to the Mauna Kea beach (our favorite) everyday during our stay and we brought the umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, noodles and wagon that was provided. Clean beach towels are also ready for you. Could not have been easier! When we got back from our day at the beach we would relax on the couch, cook dinner on the amazing BBQ and then just kick back and watch TV shows and movies. The master bedroom / bathroom is really good size and the bed is super comfy. We slept well each night and got up in the morning, had our coffee and then hit the beach. Rinse and repeat for 5 days. This is a much better set up than staying at one of the local resort hotels. Much more affordable as well. Do not hesitate to book one of their properties. You will have a great vacation and they make it very easy!!! We are already looking forward to visiting the Big Island next Summer to stay in one of the PIH properties again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Breezes Villa in the gated community of Kamilo in Mauna Lani Resort in Kamuela, Hawaii. The house was clean, spacious and with all the amenities you need to make your vacation great. We explored the beaches in the area, with Hapuna and Mauna Kea being our favorite. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment from the house made things so much easier. The house comes with access to community pool, gym, and hot tubs as well as access to the beautiful Mauna Lani Beach Club a short drive away. The A/C stopped working one night and I texted the owner who was extremely responsive and walked me through what could be wrong with the A/C and the issue was quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again on the gorgeous Big Island."
