"I flew to Kauai and stayed a few days for work. Stayed at The West Inn. I only spoke to Shannon via text, but she was very helpful and accommodating! Nice place, quiet at night."
"Such a lovely hotel! Shannon was so friendly and accommodating of my late check-in, parking was without hassle, and check-out was a breeze. The room was spacious and very cozy, with a nice TV and appliances. Definitely a step up from your average hotel, though the bed and pillows could be better. But I did have an issue with soundproofing. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing—walking, running water, adjusting the AC, turning over in his bed, asking Siri to set an alarm—as loudly as though he were in my room with me. I was lucky to have a very quiet neighbor staying here solo, but anything more and I think it would have been a long night."
"Just got back from a visit to the island. This is a great little hotel! The rooms were super clean and quiet and the staff were very nice and helpful. It's nothing super fancy like a resort hotel or anything but if you just need somewhere to lay your head after a long day of visiting Kaua'i this is a great option. There's a couple beaches pretty close to hang out and it's right down the road from Jojo Shave Ice, Porkys & Big Save (if you need any groceries). If you do get those groceries there is a little fridge, a microwave and a little pod coffee machine. If I ever get to come back to Kaua'i and Waimea I will absolutely stay here again."
"We were originally supposed to stay at an airbnb on the opposite end of the island but had a terrible experience the first night and had to look for something else short notice. We found this motel after searching on Google Maps and we were so happy we decided to stay here. Oskar really took care of us and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!"
"We ended up needing a place to stay last minute during our Kauai trip and we were so thankful there was vacancy here. Oscar was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice and large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall great stay and we would highly recommend"
