"Pam was amazing! I had some apprehensions because we was not able to come to Maui for ourselves during the home buying experience. However, Pam is very experienced in those situations and made us feel confident in the process and our purchase. She did multiple video chats with us, including initial walk throughs when we were considering units and also the final walk through after we agreed to purchase a unit. She also gave very detailed descriptions of things that are not apparent from pictures or video, such as how the units smelled and the amount of road noise from a nearby highway. She opened cabinets and drawers to look for pests and gave us a very detailed view of the entire unit. Due to the uniqueness of my situation, the closing date got pushed back by several days. She was quick to point out that the purchase agreement had some built in flexibility, and that we could still make it happen. Her deep knowledge and experience really paid off in this situation. She was dealing with a rather displeased seller due to this situation, and unfortunately took a bit of heat from them, but she managed the situation extremely well. I'm not sure if the deal would have held together with a lesser-experienced realtor. Financing was also a little bit challenging for me.
