"This place should not be open or inhabited. Nothing is up to code, I am surprised it is occupied. The first night the area lost power, however this site does not have emergency power. They lost water, sewer and power and expected people to continue to stay there. There is no emergency lighting so emergency exits were total darkness. They allowed people to swim in an unfiltered pool - without them knowing it was not working, nor were chemicals added. The basement filled with raw sewage. Fire system is outdated and smoke detectors not checked. Door latches rusted to the point the doors would not open. This is just a small description of this place. Avoid it at all costs."

"Daughter and I stayed 6 days. Our first trip to Maui. The room was spacious with a fantastic view from the balcony. Everything was, in my opinion, perfect."

"Unit 713 owned by Telluride Travel Rentals and presumably many other units have RATS! They ate our produce on the counter, there is a hole under the bathroom sink, and droppings under the stove. The owners denied the possibility of rats even with these photos, so they are presumably doing absolutely nothing about it. They refused any sort of refund and we had to book another place at our own expense losing vacation time dealing with this. It's also generally filthy. Grime is coating the entire kitchen inside and outside cupboards and all the utensils/plates/bowls/glasses Also there was loud construction the whole time."

"They will charge you fake junk fees the moment you arrive before giving you your keys even if you paid for your accommodation. They charged us $330 USD+ at the reception before giving us our keys when we were weary and exhausted after a 10+ hour travel. Could not even get in the room we booked before forcing to pay this "mandatory cleaning" fee. Avoid."

"The condo that I'm currently staying in is beautiful & cozy. Not only does it have a full range stove & refrigerator/freezer it also has a washer & dryer. The unit is quite spacious with an ok view of the garden area & parking structure below. Within walking distance to the shops, restaurants & bank's up the street & the city bus stop around the corner."
