"Buyer beware. They straight up do not have 2 bed rooms or clearly do not have enough for all the travel agent bookings that they accept. Upon checking in, I was not informed it was only 1 bed, and when called the front desk claimed they had not received the request for 2 beds. Then when I asked for a rollaway bed in person, they then gave me the explanation that they have very few queen rooms and the rollaway beds would not be available until tomorrow at the earliest as the relevant employees got off at 5. Not sure who fibbed, but they clearly don’t care anymore about our experience so it’s an immediate chargeback as I was also charged twice for the resort fee, once by Costco and another time at check in. Rooms severely outdated resembling something out of an 80s movie."

"Amazing place to stay. Rooms are condos with kitchens and the amenities you need to feel like home away from home. On-site laundry room if needed so you don't have to travel home with dirty clothes. Staff is very friendly and they clean the rooms every 3 days. Loved staying here and this will definitely be our go to place when we return to Maui. Mahalo MKV for everything!"

"Want to thank MKV for our recent stay during our vacation on 10/2023 as we understood during times of welcoming guests back to Maui. The villa we stood in was amazing and as stated that room service would be every 3rd day and if we ever needed extra anything such as towels, TP or beach towels we never had any issues. The grounds we kept so beautifully kept. It was an amazing stay, and look forward to returning again next year for another stay. Also to add the awesome hospitality from the front desk to housekeeping and ground keeping Mahalo!"

"Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas is a great honeymoon location right on Kaanapali beach. We enjoyed a 10 day stay at the resort at the end of July 2023. The rooms are spacious and clean, while the grounds are very well kept. For the aprox 300$ resort fee you get free parking, laundry and fitness room access, as well as beach towels. There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate daily in the main building from 6 to 9 am. Castaway cafe is a great restaurant with good prices compared to other places on Kaanapali. The staff were all very helpful with all our requests. The only problem we encountered was that on our arrival we got an older room, which needed quite a lot of refurbishment, and was also not cleaned thoroughly. We reported the problem to the hotel staff, and they changed our room to one of the premium rooms in the main building, which was excellent. All in all this place is a great location for honeymoon."
