"Before Vacasa we used a local family friend who gave our guests everything a concierge desk would have, but that had to end due to her schedule. It is always nervous to change management companies, but we have been very happy with Vacasa. Our account manager is so good. When everything is going smooth anyone would be good good. It is when problems happen that they really shine and solve them for you without much effort. They purchased new beds and charged it against the rental earnings, so we did not have to do anything except agree to move forward. There portal is the best, simple yet gives you everything. Your earnings and expenses are very clearly shown and easy to understand. They take care of GE and VAT taxes!. That is an incredible help not having to do this every month. Everything that I wanted and more, I received from changing to Vacasa."

"I have booked three times with Vacasa, and each time has been great! Communication is amazing and I would highly recommend! Cleanliness: very clean, no smells, provided plenty of towels, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blanket and sheets if needed. Refrigerator worked properly and ice machine works well. Room for improvement: On my recent stay, I wish there were beach chairs or an umbrella for use during the stay. That was the only thing missing! Would def book with Vacasa again!!"

"Friendly, clean, convenient, and very well-situated building! We really appreciated the neighbours. The building has a friendly, welcoming, fun, but family focussed vibe. Our condo was clean, well-appointed, quiet. Water was great (temp, pressure). Elevators were quick, safe, and clean."

"We will be back. The condo was amazing. The whole Sugar Beach complex is beautiful. Our new favorite place to stay while in Maui. Highly recommend this location to anyone. Easy walk to the beach. Pool has large and plenty of lounge chairs. We love how close it was to downtown Kihei without being in the busy area."
