"Dont come here. Im staying at #517 kahana manor. The guy named Allen wanted to refund me but I came all the way from LV but I couldnt find any other place so we were STUCK. The a/c is in the living room and it doesn’t reach the bedroom so its hot. The King size bed was very very uncomfortable, so we slept on the sofa bed AND MY SON STAYED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. Ive seen 3 roaches, which Im deathly afraid of. THIS place is run down for sure. The pics they took are perfect but when I arrived I was so upset. This building is not clean, its run down. You have to walk two blocks to the beach. The road is directly outside of this apt so the noise you very loud. DONT STAY HERE YOU’ll REGET IT. NEVER AGAIN!!"

"The manor is run down and old. Units are dusty and dirty. (Was told to not worry about Hawaiian dust by the owner) Great views …. Of the parking lot, other buildings, or the highway. Would not stay there permanently or as a short term rental."

"This complex is run-down. The elevators are old and don't look well-maintained, and neither is the outdoor carpeting (???) for each floor. The stairwells have lots of dead or dying roaches, and the unit we rented had lots of ants."

"Super cute on the inside, getting to our room was very confusing, make sure to check get your code for your room before 5 when all the offices close from whoever you rent from. Other then a chase of phone calls for my room information, it is nice here. The room information was not Kahana Manors fault, location is good lots of things to do! Even with all the fans it is still very hot though, not actual air conditioning."
