"Literally THE WORST rental company. I had my wedding planned for the very beginning of September and had to move my whole wedding for the wildfires that occurred. It was completely necessary because my photographers home burnt down and I didn’t feel right about having the wedding still during such devastating times. It felt like the healing of Maui and the venders homes and families were more important. At the time of us cancelling everything, they were advising people not to fly there and so we reached out to everyone and told them we were postponing. Everyone was so kind and so sweet during such a hard time, except this rental company or Jill. I tried to go through VRBO to handle it all so I wouldn’t even have to bother them during this but that wasn’t possible either. They were so unwilling to be even slightly sensitive to the fact that we had saved all of our money to have an elopement in Maui and be able to even afford to stay in their condo. I would never rent from them again or ever book through VRBO with their lack of policies. Jill and VRBO were not kind to us even in the VERY small amount of communication they gave us. I would give less than a 1 star if I could."

"Leading up to our stay, I'd reached out to the HH team to surprise my gf (now fiance) by decorating the unit with flowers and balloons and wine, and they absolutely nailed it. The unit had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The sea turtles greeted us almost every morning and the whales even paid us a visit during our stay. This was easily the best experience I've had at a vacation rental. I HIGHLY recommend staying here."

"Jill and her team are incredible and hold the true Hawaii spirit. They made the booking process so simple. After searching for weeks, we ran into this rental company and it has been phenomenal. Their customer service is exceptional. Even after finding one of their apartments had a bed removed (fitting less people), they were sure to help find a different place that fits our needs. I cannot wait for our upcoming stay!"
