"Pretty disappointing. Not the Montage brand we are use too. There were some great people at the hotel-Kids Club, Valet and Pool guys. The kids club was great! The concierge staff was the worst. Bad attitudes. The turn down service rang our doorbell at 8:45 pm every night. Waking up the kids. Room service woke us up at 6am asking if we order room service, we did not. Make sure you book all the activities in advance or you will be shut down. The view was great. I would recommend staying at the four seasons! Way better"
