Next, I have been reaching out to this company for months and have had zero response. Between the product and their complete lack of customer service I would rate these zero stars if possible. Terrible product, worse company, steer clear of these and spring for anything else (some milk jugs full of water for example)."

I got different emails saying it was shipping and they provided a bad tracking number and didn't do anything to clear it up. The other email was about them telling me it didn't ship yet. I eventually asked to cancel my order. Going direct is not worth it."
