"Worst place for a shopping, they have a button to press so that someone comes and help you but in real sense no one shows up, after being around for 30+minutes i saw one of the employees in a distance and i was helped, when i told what happened the employee told me of how they’re even mistreated by their team leaders and how the they mistreat and abuse the teenagers. Even though i don’t want to get deep into this the employee told me of how they’re not being selected to be team leaders and certain people are overlooked and those people select of their own, something needs to be done i know walmart is and can do better than this."
"Everytime I order photos through this Walmart for same day pickup, the photo machine is either conveniently broken or they forgot to due my order even though they marked it as ready. Customer service here is absolutely horrendous. I wish they would do better especially since this is the closet Walmart to me."
"Worst experience ever AP or whatever his name is at self checkout. Saw me check out and the store employee at self checkout told him I’m good because all I bought was 1 thing a 20$ dartboard and asked for my receipt and I said it’s in the trash right there I threw it away. And he wanted me to go into the trash and grab it I said no u can I’m not digging in the trash after the other employee said I did purchase it. He refuses and made the other guy dig it out the trash. When he saw we purchased it he said we’re not welcome back. Straight racist. Didn’t even ask my friend who came with me for a receipt and he bought multiple things.. maybe because my friend was white"
"It seems as if the employees and/or managers are blind, or do not care about their customers returning, because no matter how long the line gets nobody ever goes to jump onto a register, to help get people through the line, or to make customers a little more happy. At least try to show that somebody that is standing around up at the front is trying and making an effort. Bad business move. I feel that's probably the number one thing that will almost guarantee return business."
"This Walmart seems tucked away in the suburbs. I'd say it's Better than your average Walmart. They had a good selection for most things. Although their juice selection was somewhat lacking. Perhaps it just needed a restock. I did come later in the evening. Two things I was specifically looking for they had which not all Walmarts do. Soy chorizo and crunchy flaming hot Cheetos with lime. The bathrooms were pretty clean. It was too late to check out the deli sadly."
