Macy's

"I slowed down ordering from Macy's. I needed my ring fixed and took it in over 2 weeks, no call, nothing. I'm trying to get a hold of a Macy's rep. and it is impossible. Want to see if my ring is ready and seriously, I've called different days over the weekend and they still don't answer. I left messages and nothing. I use to be a valued customer free shipping and all the perks. Now I've started going to Penny's more often. They honestly make me feel valued and they answer every time I call. Now imagine that! True customer service."

"Not at all responsive and no customer service. After trying nearly a dozen attempts to reach a specific department by phone I tried several different departments and finally got through to speak with someone. They were not at all accommodating and kept on insisting that I just come in to the store even after I told them that I wanted a specific Macy’s item and if they were out of stock I did not want to travel 15 miles to the store. Very unhelpful service."

"Went in specifically for men's cologne. Was testing a bunch of them. I asked one of the ladies for her personal opinion of a smell and she refused. All she was willing to do was tell me it was strong or oil. When i asked for pricingi had to ask multiple questions just to get to the prices for the small size. No discounts or anything. Completely non personal and not helpful. Went from excited to buy to leaving for JC Penny's and Khols."

"Poor customer service!!! 1/10! . I really enjoy shopping at Macys for almost everything and I mean everything Except food. Today, I came in for a just Routine pick and and return but the woman at the return counter was so so super Rude. This woman was unwilling to help, and looked for every EXCUSS not to help. I will still continue to shop at Macy, but this is the last time I’m coming to the Burnsville location. I definitely do not want to see this woman again. Upset !!"
