"This is a somewhat new location. Everyone wants to check out new stores or so you’d think! I’ve been to this location a few times the first time Tammy was an old grumpy B. I had over $400 in clothes for my kids and her attitude made me so upset i left everything at the register and didn’t buy anything! Everyone’s allowed a bad day so i still went back. I had a couple of good experiences. But this last trip on Saturday Tammy was there again and the old grumpy attitude is still there. I will never shop at this location again! It’s very rear when you experience someone that goes out of their way to be rude in customer service but Tammy is that person. In all honesty I think it’s racism. If you are anything other when white just go a couple doors down to TJ Maxx until old Tammy retires. Or shop on her days off. Probably best to just find another location to shop at. Old navy has great merchandise but the one employee will ruin your whole day if you have to deal with her."

"Black Friday deals are pretty much 50% off everything we’ll check your receipts if you went in store! The in store doesn’t actually match the online prices and give you 50% off. Had to go back in line to get my correct price. Really shouldn’t have to do this and it’s not the stores fault I am sure this is a scheme from upper management to make that little bit of extra money."

"Lead by the name of Linda who has supposedly been there 18 years refused to help me do a simple return. Had a plus size shirt that was given as a gift online to return. She refused to return it because it was plus size even for store credit. Shop at another old navy that actually cares about their customers and are willing to help. Ridiculous that Linda is condescending and refuses to help customers."

"A few days ago, I went there to get my daughter shirt to exchange. The white manager in her mid thirty or so. Don't know her name, was nor friendly talking to dayghter.. Maybe she looked us because we are Asian. I feel so ashamed for the store to have these kind of manager."

"Walked in with my daughter. Two employees were chatting. But clearly saw us. They didn't say one word to us. When people walk into my place of work. I always welcome them. Good customer service is hard to find, I guess. However, I purchased a tank top for my daughter. The lady working at the counter was very welcoming and kind. She's working tonight, or at least she was around 6pm 6/13/23. I wish I knew her name. But you are AMAZING!!"
