"First of all they are selling clothes with stains and I come in with clothes that are new with tags and shoes and they didn’t even take those. They were also selling brands like Shein and walmart clothing for more than what they’re worth. They’re customer service is terrible and the whole time they just gossip behind the counter like a bunch of teenagers."

"Stopped by Wednesday around 6:30, kids working were terribly rude. As soon as I walked in immediately in a loud obnoxious voice said “just so you know we close soon”. They proceeded to say this over and over to patrons stopping in then about how they should just lock the doors (eventually doing so well before close.) One person walked in at 10 till and was told they’re closed to leave. Awful service, you’d think especially in this economy you’d welcome business."

"My first experience was decent here however my second time was ridiculous. The clothes on the racks they're already selling are stained, torn, and just worn out looking. The stuff I brought in was all practically brand new and most of them had the tags still on them. The girls that work here are young and inexperienced in customer service and they're just rude. The store itself is junky looking and how they go about conducting business is totally different than any of the other Plato's closets I've been to."

"I strongly agree with this young lady’s review. Her review states: horrible service, the first day i went i brought in my clothes and right as she looked at me she turned the sign around and said we aren't taking clothes anymore today, then the second day she didn't take my plastic marshalls bag because it wasn't a reusable bag. Whats the difference in using a laundry basket, box, backpack, it all carries clothes. I have had the same experience at this location along with some of my other friends. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!"
