"Moved to this area a year ago and this Unique was my go to thrift. As of today this is the last place I’ll be thrifting. I get raising some prices as everyone else has, but these guys have taken it to a whole other level. Beat up stained night stand for $34, other severely overpriced furniture with broken pieces, VCRs for $21, 20+ year old Stereo receiver missing buttons for $30, a 24” 2009 Samsung HDTV for $66. This is beyond what things are even selling for on eBay. $24.99 for a severely scratched PS2 game. I get battling the reselling culture (kind of) but this is just bad. Very bad. If the whole store was 50% off they’d finally be competitive with the Savers 4 miles down the road."

"My wife was just at this establishment at 11:30am on 11-22-23 with a truckload of very nice gently used items. She was dropping off to donate for the thanksgiving holiday as we do every year. A staff member in back was completely rude and aggressive towards her. His attitude, and demeanor needs adjusting. He threw several belongings he deemed "dirty" or "broken" back into the truck. Not only was he rude to my wife, but he was also rude to the other staff on duty. This guy doesn't belong in any customer service roll. We've donated $1000's of dollars in items of value to this location annually. What a disappointment. UNREAL."

"Treasures around every corner, but the pricing leaves much to be desired. The last couple times I've been there, I have left with nothing or a random children's book my toddler found. Larger than necessary prices for used clothing. You need it, it is probably there, just have to pay more than you would like for a used item. Everything is well organized. They installed self checkouts."

"Very nice place! If you're used to visiting Savers, they're essentially the same. Decent pricing, maybe a little more expensive, and it's very tidy and well-laid out. Their Halloween selection is less in your face than my local Savers (Duluth) so that was nice. Tons of clothing selection and dishes."
