"Yikes. When I got measured for the rental suit, I said everything needs to be solid black no less than three times. When I went to pick up the suit a week before the event, the pants didn't even come close to fitting, and the pants and jacket were the only thing that was solid black. They ordered the missing components, but when I went in for the second time to pick up the suit the shirt was still white. If the shirt was not available in anything other than white, then nobody informed me. While the waist of the pants did fit this time, everything else was so tight that I was afraid I would bust the stitching getting into my car. Don't go here. They won't listen to what you want, it won't fit anyway, and you'll only be frustrated."

"It’s taking me a long time to write this, because we were so frustrated for a long time and I needed time to cool down. This review is for our wedding last October. Anyway, the only reason they are getting a 3 star is because the final product looked good. If I had only based this review off of the service before the wedding it would have been a 2 or even a 1. So, my husband went the first time with his brothers and dad. They had a good experience for the most part. He went in wanting navy. They didn’t have exactly what he wanted in the rental. They had it, but he would have had to buy it. For rental they only had brighter or darker than what he wanted. He settled on the brighter one. They also told him he could bring in the bridesmaids dresses at a later time and they would match the ties to it. Well… we went to do that and they only had 2 employees in the entire store. We ended up waiting forever. Well, it turns out they went ahead and ordered him ties at the first appointment even though we didn’t have the exact color. We went in there to do it and they had very few options. None of them were a solid color and they didn’t have a straight maroon or burgundy. We also asked for a navy tie to match my husbands suit and they didn’t even have that. We ended up purchasing separate ties from Kohl’s that worked better then anything they had. They had also told my husband that because he’s had fit issues in the past he could come into the store and try on his suit 2 weeks prior to the wedding in case they needed adjustments. Well… that was false information… he didn’t get to pick up the suit until 2 or 3 days before the wedding. They said they would have a tailor on site to make sure the suit fit correctly. Again, he had fit issues and they kept telling him it was fine. The white under shirt was scratchy, the sleeves were too short, the collar was too tight, and the shirt was really baggy throughout the chest. Again, we ended up needing to purchase a new dress top from Kohls. The jacket unfortunately had fit issues too, but there was nothing we could do about that. My advice save effort and just purchase a suit from a department store and have it tailored. At least you’ll get to keep the product and you’ll have a better experience."

"Wouldn't recommend ordering online from this company considering this is a $100.00 Blazer folded inside out and packed into a T-Shirt bag and shipped to me as if I am supposed to say nothing about it. Ordered a suit 3 months ago and arrived extremely wrinkled and smelling fowl. Had to get it dry cleaned and had them pay for the costs. Decided to give them another chance and this is the experience I get. Won't fool me a 3rd time. I'll be taking my business to Macy's. (Previous shipment arrival of 2nd suit I spoke of in 2nd picture)"
