"Pretty good store. 4 stars just for shortage of employees but that's not the employees fault it's the employers. Treat them well and they'll stick around. Had to come here after the apple valley store closed."

"I love best buy honestly and I really appreciate the plus membership that was sold to me. I also appreciate that the associates here seem to be knowledgeable about most products. I did, however, find myself becoming extremely aggravated by the excessive amount of time that I have to stand around waiting for someone to help me. The associates on the floor zip past you intentionally avoiding any eye contact because they are busy with something else but you're desperately trying to grab whoever you can to help because almost everything in the store is locked up so even if you start googling your questions and find your own answers or even if u come in with a good idea of what you want you can't just grab your items and go. You have to wait for someone to unlock everything, and it's irritating. I wanted to just run in real quick and grab a Samsung Watch & go but end up in there for 45 minutes. There is also no real process for establishing a line or any order or any way of knowing how long your wait will be or when someone might finally come and help you."

"The Best Buy Burnsville location is run poorly in general. Maybe a staffing shortage? But there is really no point in ordering online and pickup, there is no one staffing that counter, and the greeter at the front seems unaware of this and does not direct customers appropriately."

"Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to get help before I was told they didn't have it in stock. I asked if any other stores carried it and I was told no one has it. How the hell would you know if you didn't even check it!!! No wonder Best Buy's not doing well."
