"If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My receipt clearly said exchanges or returns after 30 days get store credit. I came in to exchange a gift after 30 days and the store employee told me they could no longer honor that and 30 days is the cutoff. I came to MOA only for this so a complete waste of a trip and no sweatshirts for my girls for Xmas. What a joke."

"This store has been a go to as a family tradition. Had never had a bad experience until this year. I went in with my family looking for specific sports jersey. They had the kind we wanted but not the size, but during this process. There was a young blonde man working the store alone. Before we walked in he had helped a white couple and even said, " thank you for coming have a nice day". We walked in we were looking around and he never offered any assistance. I went to ask him if he could bring down a jersey that was way at the top. He stood there just staring at me. He was so rude, he understood what i was saying but he just kept paraphrasing everything i said. Then, my spouse stepped in to help who by the way speaks English and the young man ignored my spouse. He goes to the jerseys ( vikings) when we clearly many times said United. Kept bringing down the wrong one. We kept saying and pointing to the one we wanted and he just rudely kept saying " this one, this one?". My spouse had questions about the jersey and asked, but the young man never responded. We felt so embarrassed and very awkward. would not respond to anything we asked, we got a response of silence. So we decided to leave as we walked out there was a white couple walking in. They were greeted! told if they needed anything to let him know. The people before we walked in were white as well. I am disappointed in the RACISIM displayed at this store. Has lost my business."

She followed behind us and refolded what we already folded. We left. She was very condescending with her answers to our questions. And frankly rude. We witnessed her rudeness with other customers as well."
