"If I could give a 0 stars I would! The girl in the register wearing blue crew neck was taking to his coworker and I was standing in line she looked at me ignore me and went back to talking to her coworker, so I left to the other store in the first floor."
"Love these stores"
"Good Jeans for teens. Nice gift cards."
"Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them."
"I was in the Eagan outlet store today trying to return a couple items. Waited at the counter 10 minutes before someone came to help. She then explained they had been very busy. Might have been 4 people in the store at the time. The return had to be ok’d by a manager and she was busy talking to a friend so we waited another 5 minutes. I commented that the customer should come first. The person helping said, “Some customers think so”. Obviously this store manager and employee do not care about customers. If there were no customers- would there be money to pay the staff?"
