"The guy wearing a blue jersey was so professional, kind, and helpful in finding a pair of shoes for us. However, there was another guy there that just kind of left in the middle of our transaction to go talk to a friend. I think his exact words were “I’ll be right back.” He was wearing a brown and black hoodie and a black hat. It was busy, which I understand. I work in retail as well, but I do not leave transactions to go talk to friends on the sales floor. The guy in the blue jersey apologized once he saw us waiting, and quickly found us someone else, a man in a white shirt who was polite and efficient. Five stars for the first guy and the other guy in the white shirt, one star for the guy in the camo hoodie because at least he begrudgingly helped us in the beginning of our transaction. I don’t usually post these types of things. I don’t like to get people in trouble, but it makes my job more frustrating when I have coworkers who don’t have the same urgency that I do and pile on work that I don’t have time to do. Thank you to the man in the blue jersey. You made our experience enjoyable."

"I love Zumiez. All of the locations I’ve been to (all around the metro area of Minneapolis-Saint Paul) have been great. If I had to pick my favorite, I think this might be it just because they have the largest selection of everything. Zumiez always hires really cool people and it’s always nice to chat with them when I’m checking out or making a return. Thanks!"
