When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. "The staff seem to work really hard with/for the customers. During my visit, there was a line at the register, it wasn't due to bad service and or neglect, the customers seem to have complex needs. Staff showed patience and helped everyone with excellence. The quality of clothing here is enjoyable, breathable, and durable. The store is unique in itself, you'll find interesting reads and decor to motivate their target audience. This store has a huge sale section and it would take time to go through it, a lot of value offered to the customers. I'll return to see if I can talk with the staff. "Eddie Bauer has impressed me less with each visit. I use to rely on their quality made XL tall selections at this store but now need to find my preferred pants, jeans and XLT shirts at their Albertville Outlet Mall location or on line. It has turned more into an outdoor gear store."

There were many instances, when I could not find the exact size in the store and they were always willing to check with other stores or order it online for me. The frequent sale across the company makes it a good value for money and they are pretty durable apparel."
