"Was treated horribly by the manager on Saturday. She was rude and threatening. I had a return without a box, which every company in America takes back things that way, she refused. I would also give 0 stars if I could. It ruined our entire day. Customer service is dead. This company will never get another dollar of my money. Plenty of options these days, we won’t be shopping at Tilly’s."

"Bought some cool necklaces for my daughter. They also have a lot of nice back packs. Bought a nice one for school. Quite a variety of board clothes. I've bought cool board shorts at Tilly's. They have some buy one get one at 50 percent off. Shirts and other accessories also. At the mall of América on the east side. Best to come to the mall of America during the week. It's pretty crowded on weekends."

"Recently went to Tilly’s to pick up some roller skates for a birthday gift. Drove quite a ways to this Tilly’s for them and when the gift was opened, we realized that we were given TWO left skates. My partner drove all the way back and when he told them the situation they had NO empathy, offered no assistance, not even a coupon for the major inconvenience. They also couldn’t find the right skate, so it sounds to me that they sold another poor customer two right skates. Extremely unprofessional as it is common practice when ringing up shoes to make sure you’re giving the customer a left and right… this should be obvious since you sell shoes in the store…. Anyway, wouldn recommend this place. They’ll take your money, give you the wrong product, and not do anything to make it right. Terrible customer service."

"10/10 do not recommend. I got hired a month ago and didn’t hear back for almost 2 weeks after doing orientation. I called the store and they said I would be put on the schedule in the next few weeks. I did not apply to have a job in a few weeks I applied to have it now of course. when I called the manager, Logan I think, has been super rude every time I have called. I called and asked about my check and when I could pick it up two times and they said they haven’t came in yet. Super unprofessional place to work. And I am still expecting my money from the 3 hours that I did orientation over a month ago."
