"Tried to return pants that I bought about 3 weeks ago. Was denied because they didn’t have a tag even though I had the card on me that I used to buy them. When I tried to get a good reason the shift manager made quite the face at me."

"Difficult to find staff on floor. The fitting room was filled with clothes from prior customers. The floor was very dirty. Not a pleasant place to try on clothes. Took 15 minutes in line to check out. I did get a great deal on a shirt."

"I enjoy the different varieties of fashion available. There are a variety of price points ranging from very low $5-$3500 range. I enjoy that they have everything from basic to bougie. $5 t-shirt, yes, and a $1500 purse from Chanel, also yaaaaas! Here's me wearing my new winter jacket from there. It's a something for everyone experience. The customer service could use some work in stepping up their game to meet and greet customers and push cards more. I have previously worked in retail, and I was surprised by the lack of push for signing people up for cards. All in all, it was a pretty average experience. The staff was friendly enough, but not memorable; I have a strong appreciation for those who work in retail and are passionate about their jobs, I didn't see that here."

"Used to love shopping at Macy’s, but their plus size section has become either matronly, atheleisure, or cringe-worthy crop tops (and leather sweatpants??). Not interested in any of that. Also docking points for witnessing management force an employee into a near breakdown over just trying to organize and clean up a trashed section."
