"EDIT: Was very disappointed that Buckle's jeans ripped in the same spot on two pairs of jeans and then what Buckle did when I brought them in. I bought one from a year ago and the other from 6 months ago (from the time I went into Buckle to see what they could do, roughly 5 months ago), and they ripped just below the fly zipper. Not a good place to rip! I went into Buckle to see if they could fix the rip on both of the jeans and they said that kind of rip is something they can't fix. Ok, I get that some things just can't be fixed. Then I asked if I could return the 6 month old pair seeing as they barely got a year's worth of life before dying. NOPE, past their return date policy. Well, how about an exchange, one for one? NOPE. How about a discount on my next purchase? NOPE. I'm very frustrated and disappointed that the manager could not offer anything other than, "Sorry, it is what it is". Don't waste your money here. They won't have your back when their OWN name brand jeans rip. It's a shame, the folk here are very nice in helping me find a pair of new pants. SECOND EDIT: Buckle reached out to me with an email to submit a request for customer support. Upon further investigation, they still could not offer a refund or exchange, (I only wanted a one for one exchange) due to it's past the return policy date. OLD REVIEW (Written a year ago): Always very helpful! I never leave unsatisfied. I've gone to this store numerous times to find pants and the employees always know what to grab for me to try out. They are always patient, kind, and willing to find the right clothing for my needs."
