"My visit was extremely disappointing. I had a goal to furnish my business wear, and couldn't find help. Staff were negligent, stayed by the register chatting. They were very selective in whom they served. One staff member walked from the fitting room, looked me in the eye, and turned around. Another folding clothes, made eye contact and continued to do their task. This location is usually amazing with their customer service. Southdale seems to be the only professional location in the southern metro. I will not be returning."
