"The units are big but outdated. Getting maintenance on anything is like pulling teeth. Expired fire alarms, parking is a nightmare. Property management doesn't do anything about cars/bikes with expired plates that never move. There's trash overflowing all the cans on the property and no one comes to empty them. My unit has a leak that they gave up trying to fix and now my ceiling is crumbling. Office almost never answers the phone."

"As a resident of Boulder Ridge for over a year, honestly, it has been amazing. The staff is wonderful, very responsive, friendly and eager to assist. Also, the maintenance staff is friendly, timely and goes out of their way to help. When I sent in a maintenance request, it was taken care of within 24 hours to perfection. On the date of my move in the unit was clean and ready. I found my neighbors to be friendly also. The apartments grounds are clean and pet friendly. Everything has been great. I also appreciate the staff for promoting safety as we all have been challenged by the worldwide pandemic. I give the highest respect and rating to the Apple Valley Boulder Ridge property manager, maintenance staff for during their jobs with such integrity. Thank you for taking care of the residents here every day."

"I lived at Boulder Ridge for 2 years. The management team AJ and maintenance staff were absolutely amazing! Always available and friendly. I loved the space and covenient attached garage. The balcony was an extra bonus to decor with flowers and plants. Super convenient to hwy 77. Thanks for a great 2 years! I would definitely recommend this place to live for families."

"I have lived here for 4 years. Ever since Common Bond has taken over management I have seen a huge change. This company is willing to put money into the property which should have been done years ago. AJ the office manager is friendly, has an open door policy and has always taken time to listen. Scott our maintenance person is very knowledgeable and is quick to respond to a service request. If there is going to be a delay he lets you know. He always has a smile on his face. When I found our my dog had cancer he even checked in on her for me as we knew she didn't have long, that is not part of his job duties but it gave me peace of mind. If you are looking for a quiet apartment there is only 3 per floor and each apartment has its own furnace, water heater and air conditioner which is nice as you have control. I would highly recommend Boulder Ridge."

"Did not return security deposit within 21 days. My wife and I had to call dozens of times to ever get our deposit back. When questioned, the property managers and regional managers lied and said they "must have sent it to the wrong address". I couldn't recommend against living here enough. The apartments are just okay, but the management is as poor as it gets. They treat their tenants poorly and are unresponsive at best, threatening at worst. Steer clear.
