Springs at Cobblestone Lake Apartments

"I have had numerous issues with my time here at the Springs, but lying about the date and time of my pre-moveout inspection and doing it when I WAS NOT HOME was the last straw. I no longer feel comfortable residing here when I know people will come into my apartment whenever with the excuse of 'messing up the dates'. I'm in the middle of packing for a trip as well as packing the apartment for my move, so I was working under the assumption that I could clean my apartment before the inspection when it was SUPPOSED to take place a week from now (AKA March 13th). On top of this, I now have no clue as to what I'm supposed to fix before I move out. Guess I'll get my deposit back regardless if I'm not made aware of the things I need to fix prior to move-out, right? The only thing that was left on my kitchen counter was a flyer to book and purchase a move-out service from the company."

"The Maintenance Man that came into the house. Had a pleasant attitude. Very nice. Told me what to do how to lock the toilet. He replace bulbs for the stove and refrigerator without me making a maintenance request again. Did his job very well. Fix it t quickly with no problems. 5 star job well done. He can come back to fix anything in my place."

"The maintenance guys were there within an hour og filing the report of my washer not working. Which I found very impressive! Had everything fixed in a very short time. The maintenance guys here have always been amazing when we need thier help."

"This was my first time renting, as well as my first time in an apartment. My expectations were blown out of the water! There was so much space, and everything was well designed. The maintenance team was spot on. When I first moved in, I let them know that the seasonal change had caused a board to pull up on the balcony-they fixed it immediately. At one point, they even changed a lightbulb for me-no questions asked. They were great about respecting the timeline I specified in my work requests, which was really important to me, as I work long, overnight shifts. Everyone that works at the property is absolutely amazing! Betsy at the front desk makes sure she gets to know everyone, their preferences, and even their pets! She remembers the name of my bunny, of all things! This was a temporary stop, but it truly felt like home!"
