"One of the oldest apartments in Apple Valley, only ammenities are washer and dryer shared by all residents very affordable. No Elevator."
"I lived here for about three years. The rent is great for the area and is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to 35E and 77. It made it easy to get to work in St. Paul. The other residents are nice and usually pretty quiet. The studio apartments are nice and well maintained. The complex really doesn't have any amenities but maintenance is great and nothing takes more then a few days to get done. The manager (Jackie) is nice and is always running around trying to stay on top of things."
