"After breaking my lease due to domestic violence reasons I get a call stating I owe them over 6,000 dollars. In which over 5,000 dollars were due to maintenance and cleaning costs. I ensured to having two other adults help me clean each room plus getting the carpets cleaned. Next, they are trying to charge me mirror doors that were taken out of the apartment while I was living there for safety concerns related to my autistic daughter. I do take full accountability for the utilities so that’s not an issue. Furthermore, they had not replaced the carpet in my unit prior to me moving in so there was already previous stains and tears for the tenants before and I requested to them nicely if they could change it while I was staying there due to constant pest issues. And I was told no and they can do it whenever they would like even though a carpets life expectancy is five years and that it’s a tenants right to have it replaced after that five year mark. I highly recommend that you do further research on this apartment before making any final decisions."

"After reading all the unbelievable move out reviews we now have our own story. It appears that Kingston Green is using the damage deposit to work as a money maker for them. What a JOKE! Our apartment was spotless so they had to find another angle to keep our deposit. We hired a professional painter to put a better sheen of paint on our walls during our stay. We were told we must use light/neutral colors. We got our colors approved before proceeding with one of the 7 managers that we had in 8 years. Evidently there was a form that was to be filled out which we were never advised of. Now at move out time they are charging us $400 to prime the spare bedroom walls because the infamous form was not found in our file. Be careful if renting from Kingston Green."

"Horrible place to leave!!! Please save yourself the stress!!! But If you love being inconvenience very time you turn around, this is your place. Horrible management, everything is so out dated. Elevator are always broken, so if live on the 3rd or 4th floor good luck getting your things up there. They're pipes are constantly leaking and one actually damaged my vehicle over my garage parking because of the horrible water they have here and heaven forbid u have a cool on your balcony cause you'll get a violation on your door. Worst decision I've made to live here!!"

"They denied my husband over a 20 year old misdemeanor. Then said they do not approve ANYONE with ANYTHING on their criminal record. It was a speeding ticket."

"If you're thinking about moving here then BUCKLE UP because I'm going to give the most honest and unbiased review possible. First the pros: -The maintenance team works very hard to keep this place kept up with and usually resolves any maintenance requests fairly quickly. -The location is very convenient for many things -The amenities -The units are VERY spacious, some of the biggest apts I've seen, which makes the rent cost quite reasonable. Now the cons: -Somehow, even though the building is very well kept, the management SUCKS. Hayloft Property Managers' 1.3 star review speaks for itself and is well earned. Every time you turn your back, they have a new manager and office staff. - They are VERY strict on their leases, so you MUST be 1000% willing to see it through for your own good. We initially signed up for a 2 bed apt, but then some personal issues occurred and we no longer needed a 2 bed. We expressed our interest in a 1 bed and proceeded to get the run around for 7 months and are now moving out because they still wouldn't work with us to get us into a 1 bed. - The parking lot is a freaking speedway. I had seen speeds of up to 50 MPH through our side of the lot when it's supposed to be capped at 10. - The speed bumps underground are ridiculous and will slowly eat away at the suspension of your vehicles. Many residents don't even care they're there anyway and will go 15-20 over them, and then proceed to do 25-30 everywhere else UNDERGROUND where it's 5. -Deliveries can be very tricky here and will often get screwed up in some way or another. All in all, would I ever move back here again in the future? Perhaps."
