"I lived here for 4 years. And let me tell you, every year was worse than the last. First things first, the walls here are paper thin. I think Saran Wrap would better sound insulation than the walls here. I could hear full conversations my neighbors were having, I could also hear them using the restroom, sounds and all… I could also hear my neighbor’s baby below me, every morning at 6am. The windows I’m afraid have the same issue. I could hear complete conversations word for word in the courtyard, and the residents here were not even the slightest bit concerned about bothering others. The residents in general are very rude here. I had even had a resident ask me for money when I was getting my mail. I hope you enjoy the sound of leaf blowers in the morning. At least twice a week in the summer/fall the staff come through the entire property with leaf blowers in the wee hours of the morning. Because the windows are so thin it’s guaranteed to wake you up. You will also smell the exhaust of the leaf blowers through the windows due to lack of proper seal. The building is in a constant state of disrepair. The sign that said “Luxury Apartments” was missing the letters for almost a year. The garages are in a pretty poor state as well. I paid $50 a month for a garage space and the door was frequently broken and stayed open, which kind of defeats the purpose of a secured garage. Carpets are stained. Corners are taken out of the wall. Cabinet doors fall off. In general the building and its amenities are falling apart. I will say the maintenance staff were very timely and professional. As for the office staff, don't even get me started. They are clueless when they aren’t being rude. I had an instance of one my packages being given to a random person. When I inquired if they checked the ID of the person who picked it up they told me "We usually just know who is picking up packages." In general they have absolutely horrendous customer service skills as they would frequently be the ones escalating the situation and getting short with me like I was inconveniencing them. I could write a book about this place, so I will keep this short: Find somewhere else to live. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. For the high price you will pay, it is not worth the issues you WILL face. Stay away, far away. Best of luck in your search."

"I have lived here just over 1.5 yrs and I experienced numerous problems. Most notably, many packages were stolen, my car was broken into, and the hallway on my floor smells like marijuana very often. They have done nothing to communicate to other residents that a car was broken into in the parking garage. I am still waiting for things to be done to address these issues, maybe more surveillance is needed. The apartments are nice and maintenance staff is helpful, but I did have a couple times I had to wait several weeks for my washer to get fixed. It is also extremely over priced for all these problems you WILL have to deal with! I no longer feel safe living here!"

"My roomates and I lived in a three bedroom space for 2 years and it was a great place if we ever had people over they absolutely loved the place and we loved it as well. The apartment was beautiful and it's right around pretty much any food place, grocery store or convenience store you'd ever need. Management here is amazing and they're very understanding on the money side of things all the way to noise complaints or things like that and just good people in general. Just communicate and they will get things done for you. Overall great place to stay and we were all sad to leave."

"Overall, my wife and I had a great year on our lease. We owe it all to Abby Clark, if you have the pleasure of having her as your leasing agent I’m sure you’ll have a similar experience. Abby made it very easy and handled every issue we had up until the very end of our lease. The apartments are well kept (at least the unit we got, we can’t say the same for others obviously.) and the residents are all pretty friendly."
